Libyan Opposition Accuses NATO of Failing to safeguard Civilians

The head on the armed forces of Libya’s eastern-based opposition has sharply criticized the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, NATO, saying it is failing to safeguard civilians from artillery attacks by forces loyal to Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi.
